Natalie Hinkle, RN, Director

Natalie Hinkle is a registered nurse with over 12 years of nursing experience. She began her career in a small, rural hospital system working in medical-surgical care and advanced to emergency medicine. Later, she was employed at a local Level III trauma ER for several years following.

Her passion for teaching and training led her to become the Operations and Clinical Training Manager for an urgent care division servicing the Lowcountry, Upstate, and the Midlands. While there, she implemented and lead a team of Professional Development Trainers that served the state-wide organization. Natalie also continued to work in a part time capacity as an ER nurse providing direct patient care until she was hired at Still Hopes Episcopal Retirement Community as their Care Manager and Assistant Director of Nursing for the Rehabilitation Unit.

A desire to provide health and wellness to the senior community has lead her to the Director of Clinical Operations for Dr. Victor Hirth. Natalie looks forward to providing quality care and exceeding expectations for the residents she aims to serve.
