Nurse Practitioner
Geriatric Health and Wellness, Ltd. is looking to hire an experienced nurse practitioner to add to our team. The candidate should have at least 2 years NP experience and 4 years general RN nursing experience as well as a passion for working with older adults. This position would be for a full-time NP to work in Long-term Care, skilled rehab and assisted living in the Columbia area. This position, as all our other clinical positions will participate in on-going education and training provided by the founder, Dr. Hirth.
